Question Autorun

You know when you want to install a game or application of some some type you place the CD/DVD in the drive and it automatically(sp) loads to a Setup Wizard screen or somthing like that. My brothers computer will not automatically(sp) run CDs. How do you set the PC to do that. He has XP Home edition, and it is a legal version. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx
