How to turn off that drop down text box history

I'm a long time Windows user, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to turn off that text box history thing. Like, on a webpage for example, there are text boxes. When I start to type something in, the computer tries to match and has a little drop down box of past entries that match.

I have XP Pro. Does anyone know how to turn that feature off?

Tools>Internet options>Content>auto Complete Turn everything off, that may do it.
