Windows XP User Logs?

Hi, I was wondering if there was anyway to view the User logs on Windows XP.

For example, I want to be able to view who logged on and off (dates/times) on a computer.

This is for a non profit organization who just got a grant for computers and now have a computer lab, but want to make sure Users who come in to use the computer abide by the rules, etc...so I want to be able to view the Log of the User accounts

Is this possible and if so, How do I go about doing this?
