splat constant looping restart of XP Pro SP1
The laptop is a dell latitude x200 and when it was started this morning the system went stright into the safe mode menu i.e. Safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with comand promt, last know good config or start win normally options. It doesn't matter which option I choose the system will still restart.
I have tried to boot from a cd or choose the option of F8, F10 and F12 but again to no avail.
I have also unplugged the laptop from my network and tried it this way but no luck.

Is there any other option??
