HELP ---Erorr Message----

I got this error message Stop 0x0000007B or INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE on Dell’s win2K Pc and now doesn’t want to boot. Can somebody help me with this. If is boot virus , can somebody tell me from where to download scan and clean utility on floppy?
