Stop error message Help!

My computer is caught in a loop. It goes through the post screen fine and then reboots when Windows XP starts. I get the option to go to safe mode, last good config and all that. Every choice I make the same thing happens, reboot. I then put my XP cd in to do a repair but it only goes a little way before I get a blue screen. See the attachment. This is a home build with just basic components. No changes were made before this happened at all. One day I turned on the computer and it started. I found some info on the Microsoft web site. The article talked about NTFS volumes, as far as I know I have no disks using this file system. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? The memory checked out okay. The power supply seems to be in good working order. MB and CPU temps are within limits and all fans are turning. This is the Microsoft page I was referring to.[URL=http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q228888]

That's the pertinent article. if it's Greek to you, and you don't have any important data on the computer, wipe it and reload it and be done with it.
