Question windows explorer problem

Everytime when I open the explorer window, in some folders which have movies, I get this "windos explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

So I send report, but it happens to freqently, and when I clck what data this error report contains, I get this:

I think its some divx problem, but I'm not sure. Anyway to fix this?

Another thing is that videos that I have on my pc for some time now, used to open with wmp10, but now when trying to open the files, I get an error for wmp10. I tried other programs like winamp, nvdvd, also error, could not play and the application quit. But when I tried using divx, its ok. Anyone know why this happens and how to fix this?

Thanks.

There is an incompatibility between older Divx codecs and XP SP2, you need to install the newest codecs (5.21?). If this doesn't fix it, you may have a corrupted user profile.

Do a google search on (error explorer.exe xvid.dll)
