Junk Mail Filter Outlook 2000
I would like to update my Junk mail filter.
I have performed the upgrade suggested via the organise dialog box and find that when I compare the upgraded filter list to the old filter list they are almost identical except for one entry. So now I have Outlook 2000 running on Win98 with Office Service Pack 3. When I go back and check to see if I need any more updates I am navigated to the the website which shows the latest list. this page is entitled "Junk E-Mail Filters for Outlook 97/98" But I am running Outlook 2000. What is happening here? I get a lot of junk mail with words in the From and Subject and Body which don't appear in the upgraded list. I have tried to edit the list with new keywords but when the junk mail arrives a message appears saying that the mail can not be moved. Question 1: Can the list be edited successfully and how? Question 2: Why does the website direct me to a filter list for Outlook 97/98? Please advise me if you can. |
