chkdsk /f can't be found (Defrag attempt)

Hey everyone.......I got a bit of a problem....

Whenever I try to run the diskdefrag I get a message saying:
" Dick DEfragmenter has detected that Chkdsk is scheduled to run on the volume: gibsonwr-ws(C. please run Chkdsk /f.

Any ideas on how to fix this?? thanks

Open a command prompt and type chkdsk /f - and it will require a reboot.
