Windows XP Activation Loop problem

Hello all,

I had to restore a clients system. After reloading everything I did like I normally do when reinstalling XP I Activate it using the internet. Well, she calls me today saying that when she boot her XP system up and chooses her account that it asks for her to activate. She clicks the activate option, and it says that it is already activated. It has her log off, and the same procedure goes into a loop. I have searched google for this problem and I found a site that had me have her take the system into "Safe Mode", then go to "run" and type the following syntax: regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll" and "regsrv32.exe licdll.dll" Both said it was successfull. I had her reboot normally, but the same loop is still there. Have any of you come across this issue? I don't know if calling MS' activation number will help? if so do any of you know the number? MS said the toll free number is during the activation process, which I already completed. Anyway, any advice would be helpful.

Thanks,
~Snakeyes

I'll Check

I am almost positive the user has "computer admin" rights, but I'll have her check and I'll get back to this thread. Thanks for the advice though.

I have the computer at my house finally. The user has/had comuter admin rights, so the problem still exists. If anyone as any other ideas, please let me know.

TIA,
