Outlook using Cox.net error

Hi all,

I was trying to set up outlook 2002 with cox.net, but I got an error saying unable to connection to pop, smtp server. Check port number and SSL configuration. I follow instruction on cox website, but the same error.
Please help... Windows XP, Office XP

If you are using an antivirus and/or firewall with real time e-mail protection, disable it. If it's AVG7, uninstall it and reinstall it custom, with only the Outlook plugin, do not install the personal e-mail scanner.
