Automatically Log On - Skip Welcome Screen
ok somehow my computer no longer automatically logs into my user profile on bootup (and I'm the only one on this computer). Not sure why. Anyways, does someone know where there is an opption to automatically log on as a user when the computer boots. Its just kind of annoying to have the welcome screen when I'm the only one on this thing.

Couple ways to do this. First check and see if in User Accounts that a .Net account has been set up. This normally happens after Windows Update installs the .Net framework. Delete that account and you'll boot directly to your own account again.

you are a genioius. That would be why. Windows Update didn't do this, but I had to download the .net framework to run some program. And thats when it woulda started happening. So I'll try to delete it then, thanks.
