Question Change Icons For restart

Im working with software that reverts the computer to a pre determined state once the computer is restarted. However, the software i am using does not reboot the computer when someone logs off. I have removed the lof off icon from the start menu but, I would like to change the shutdown Icon to display the log off icon. What happens is that instead of restarting the computer, the user will normally shutdown the computer and I would rather they restart the computer.

Is there anyway to change the icon? Or does anyohne know where the log off and shutdown icons are stored in windows so that I can edit them?

Essentailly im am trying to trick the user into believe that they are logging off when they click log off, when infact they are actually restarting the computer (performs the same task sort of) this way the computers hard drives are wiped at restart.
