Need Help. This one BSOD
Okay I just got a new computer and all. Yet i'm getting BSOD and some hard drive errors. Must be faulty. Anyway it says Phyicial Memory being dumped. So I thought RAM or the Virutal Memory. So I did a RAM Check..and everything is good. So I would like to know what Phyical Memory being dumped means? Also it says Kernel Data Inpage Error. Also Mount Mgr.Sys...when I reboot it says Disk Boot Failure insert system disk. Now I know it's a Hard Drive Error. I just would like to know WHAT it is. Thanks.

"Physical memory being dumped" means that the contents of your RAM is saved to a file on your computer when a crash is detected.
Now regarding your error, you need to post back with more details like: a) What is the exact error you are getting - not just a vague description of whats going on b) What are your system specs - again details do help. What you've provided us with is a very patchy description of what happens when you boot the computer. Also helps to tell us what you used to do your RAM check. |
