Cannot empty recycle bin

I get this message:
cannot delete Di14: access denied.

Make sure nothing is using program/disk not full/write protect.

Weird problem.

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
As your system first starts to boot, start tapping the F8 key. Keep tapping until it reverts to a DOS like screen giving you the SAFE mode option. In XP you can also select SAFE Mode with Networking.
