i got a program on my desktop that will not delete.  its from 3dgamers and is a DL tool for Atari's Line of sight vietnam demo. the application works and tries to DL the demo.but it is 214mb and i dont want it anymore so i quit it each time before the DL is complete. it says "the program is being used by another person or program, close any programs that might be using the file or folder" which it doesn't appear to be. nothing running in taskmgr, no processes, i have removed it from the startup list via easycleaner from majorgeeks. ran HJT and cant see the process in the registry, and i've tried to remove it in safemode in admins account and mine. Pls Help

Download MoveOnBoot (google it), and run it, and point it to that file. The next time your PC boots, it will delete the file before any program can start using it.
