Angry Drag and Drop doesnt work?

I have a older pc clone with AMD K6 200mhz, 48MG Ram, 2.5 HD, using Win95 OS. I cant figure out why when I go into Windows Explorer that the drag and drop feature doesnt work?
Does anybody know how I can fix the problem?

Try to drag holding the Right mouse button and see if it brings up a menu with options like "move" or "copy" here. I know that works in WIN 98 but don't recall if 95 has that feature.

It's a bad IE uninstall that causes that. You need to reinstall IE4 (yes, 4) then upgrade to 5.01SP2. Something is broken in your shell enhancements and that's the only way I found to get it working again short of a reformat.
