Exclamation Cant access "my documents" after doing "Operating System Tweaks"

Help...
I was doing some tweaking on my win2000 pro edition based on the article "Operating System Tweaks - Windows 2000/XP" thats posted on this site; and this is what i did:

“My [Insert Name Here]” Folder Keeps Reappearing

My eBook, My Music, My Picture, etc, etc, etc. No matter how many times you delete them, they just keep coming back. Here’s how to get rid of them for good.

Go to Start > Run and type regsvr32 /u mydocs.dll. Now go ahead and delete those pesky “My” folders.

but now, I cant open "my documents", as in when i double click on it.
error says: "this file has no program assoociated with it for performing this action, create an association in the folder options in control panel"

is my documents lost forever??? theres lot of stuff in it....is there anyways i can get it back???

thanks in advance..........
