No Task Bar

My computer was infected with the w32.spybot.worm virus. I followed the diercitons on symantec.com to delate it. Well I delated four of the wrong files, and no longer have a task bar. Also I did not back up the registery, I know dumb mistake. I had to shut off system restore to delate the virus, so I can not go back to that. Any help would be great, it is kind of hard to use the computer with out a task bar.

Also I can't cut/paste anymore. I don't know why that would cause an problems, but I can't control/c (copy) control/v (paste).

On a good note my computer no longer has the virus.

Thanks,

Ryan

Do a repair reinstall of Windows. Boot with the CD, choose Setup (not repair, this is the console repair), then when it finds the existing installation, you can choose to repair it.

No it will just repair or replace as neccessary, the windows system files, once this has been done you should carryout all the windows updates again.
