Windows 2000 or Windows Xp
What Windows OS is the best choice for a computer that will never be connected to the Internet.....

What are the system specs? Both 2000 and XP are about the same in terms of security, and I believe some flaws affect both systems.
If you do not want the eye candy of Win XP or system restore etc then 2000 is probably a better choice. Or if you want better game support (heard bad things about 2000 and games). If you want a stable operating system with little bloat then Win 2000 meets these needs perfectly, it is based on the same kernel as XP, and so just as stable etc.
