Windows 2000 or Windows Xp

What Windows OS is the best choice for a computer that will never be connected to the Internet.....

What are the system specs? Both 2000 and XP are about the same in terms of security, and I believe some flaws affect both systems.

If you do not want the eye candy of Win XP or system restore etc then 2000 is probably a better choice. Or if you want better game support (heard bad things about 2000 and games).

If you want a stable operating system with little bloat then Win 2000 meets these needs perfectly, it is based on the same kernel as XP, and so just as stable etc.

My preference is Windows 2000 SP4.
