Problem restarting Windows 98SE
I am having problems with both rebooting and restarting (Start- Shutdown - SHIFT - ENTER) Windows 98SE. When I do either - the machine is switched on, (I can see the light at the front) but the monitor shows no signal. I am having to unplug and then restart that way, which is fine but it goes through Scandisc again. It is driving me nutty. Please, anyone, --- help me?
