I cant remember my computer password to get into the windows xp computer.
when the computer boots up, i get the blue windows xp user acct and it prompts me the put in a password. it has been some time since i used my compurter and i cant get pass this screen. what can i i do to get back into my pc? |

you can try pressing ctl-alt-del twice at that screen this should bring up another screen, change user to administrator, if you did not put a password in for the administrator account when you first loaded windows on the PC then you should be able to just hit enter. When you logon as administrator delete your other account password.

Creating a password recovery disk is like closing the barn door after the horses get out, it can't help you after the fact.
