Windows XP logon
Someone was fooling with my pc and created a password for my Administrator account and I have no clue on what it is. Is ther a way I could go around it. Any help would be apprecited......

While we understand your frustration at losing admin rights to your PC, unfortunately, we cannot help you with this simply because there is no way of knowing whether this is someone trying an exploit or a genuine issue. This site cannot allow information involving backdooring your way into any system - even if it is yours.
A few suggestions: If you are going to let "someone" use your PC, learn to give that "someone" less than Admin rights to your PC; then they cannot create a password for your root account. If it is your PC, ask the "someone" for the password. Thanx for understanding. If you have further questions or concerns or its closure about this issue/thread feel free to PM one of the mods. |
