HOW do I get rid of this??
This keeps coming up I really want to get rid of it. How?/

uninstall service pack 2, but seriously check internet options, or firewall options, i think its in the "security" options or internet options

www.burstnet.com is an ad server. I would go ahead and add it to your hosts file. http://www.pcmech.com/newsletter/viewtip.php?tipid=16
Then, run spyware scans. There may be some adware installed on your system that keeps trying to access the burstnet server.
