Talking I'm Back!!!

This Windows XP is like Ford or a Chevy, there pretty and powerful engines they just keep breaking down which is good for the mechanic and parts industry.
When I go into my email a window and a terrible sound come up, and it states A runtime Error has occurred? Line 871, each time its a different number. Then Error: object required, then two buttons underneaath that that has yes and the other one has no. I never hit the yes button because I've found out I am so techneclly advanced that I know enough to get myself into trouble. Does anyone know what this is or can advise. Thank you Chiquito!!!

What are your system specs?

Did you install any software or hardware recently?

I'm Back!!!

Yes M$ Office XP! And it went in smoothly with the exception that I don't know how to configure Outlook Express and Outlook. I am currently using Thunderbird wich is ever so easy to use and configure. On my last hard drive I had O. L. Express and Outlook and they were both a pain in the neck. And when I got DSL I had to install Yahoo and then it was like a tug of war, the only thing was sometime I'd get my email and sometime I had all these little windows pop'n uo telling me I done something wrong. Since I got T-Bird , its been seven months and NO problems. Chiquito!!!

Welcome back Chiquito

If T-Bird works so well, why not just stick with it?

Sorry, don't use outlook express or outlook, so can't help, but hang in there, I'm sure someone here knows and will pass on the info to you.

Regards................................Sterling

Talking I'm Back!!!

Hi SataRaidO, hows it going? Good to hear from you! No I'm sticking with TBird, but the original ? Is this runtime error or debugging that I get when I use Internet Explorer when I go to my email. I don't know what debugging is, it sounds like I should get a can of ant spray or something. I am assuming its a programming problem cause when I click no it works fine. What got me riled is I always have the speakers off on the computer and I had been watching a tutorial on Linux with voice when I got the feeling that I should check my email and I had forgot to turn the speakers off so I just minimized the window and went to use Internet Exploder. Well when I got into my email this load booming sound like the end of the world in the movies came out of the computer, got me by surprise, thought that virus just grew up overnight and was going to get me.
Anyway see you later,Chiquito!!!
