Main Computer Not Showing Up On Home Network

My main computer is not showing up in my windows home network. I recently installed wireless networking in my home so I could use my laptop wirelessly. My sister's and parents computers are showing up on the network, but my desktop isn't. This is really making me mad because I want to share my printer and my main hard drive. How can I get my desktop to show up. Every computer is set to MSHOME as the workgroup. I also set my hard drive and my printer to be shared, but they are just not showing up. Any answers?
