Why is this happening?

I'm trying to get a faster bootup with bootvis but I keep getting this error. Do you know how to fix this?

Thanks

Do you have Scheduled Tasks installed or disabled in the services.

its not in the bootvis.... I dont have it installed but if you do it should be under accessories... check around there to see if you have an icon.... in order to run bootvis you must have it installed.

Also check your services.

He is saying that Task Scheduler must be running. Check your Services, it needs to be on automatic startup.
