installing older games in Win xp
Hello all
I have Windows XP and I installed some of my sons older games that ran on Windows 98. The games don't work well if at all. I thought you can install older games onto Windows XP. Can I? Thanks |

Click "Start>Programs>Accessories>Program Compatibility Wizard".
follow the instructions and it should be fine, I have a few old 98/ME games that this has sorted out for me.

You can also right click on the .exe file and set your compatability information from there.
Be warned though, some games just will not function under XP even in compatability mode. |
