Expand menu

On my Windows 2000 computer, the start menu has these annoying arrows that you have to click to see the full menu. Here is what I'm talking about:

Any idea on how I can make it so the menus are already extended, so the arrows disappear?

Rightclick on the taskbar, select properties and uncheck "Use Personalized Menus" at the bottom.

Right click on toolbar > properties > "Advanced" Tab. Within the Start Menu Settings box, uncheck the "Scroll Programs" option.

That's the setting for another kind of arrows. It's when you have so many items in your start menu that it doesn't fit your screen. When you uncheck scroll programs, the start menu will be expanded horizontally, otherwise you will get arrows to scroll up and down.

But the arrows he is getting is the "Personalized Menu" thing.
