Trojan.startpage virus

Can someone help?
I contacted a trojan.startpage virus and my Nortons Utilitly cannot fix the problem. I have all the latest updates for 2005 and NOTHING is working.
I even tried "Trojan Remover" software (it was a free download) and that did not do it. I have MicroSoft AntiSpyware running and that didn't get rid of it either.
Any positive advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

Have a read of this thread and consider running your scans in safemode, remember to make sure all your scanners are fully uptodate before going to safemode.
