Different Users, Different Resolutions, not working

I have a another user account on my XP Pro machine thats needs a different resolution then I use but when you change the resolution in this account, it also changes it in my main account. Why is this, I thought the whole idea of having different user accounts and personal preferences was for reasons such as this. Bottom line, how do I set it up so that my guest user, who I made a limited account for, can change screen resolutions without it affecting the my administrator account?

Good info, at least its not a glitch. Anyone know a way around this, its really annoying having to change it and rearrange my desktop icons.
