Win Customize question

Right now I'm running Windows Blinds but don't like it for a couple reasons...
1.) Don't like having it always running
2.) Don't like it crowding up my taskbar
3.) Don't like the window that pops asking if I want to continue using the free version
4.) It makes some of my Firefox windows bouce up and down repeatedly and it's VERY ANNOYING

So I want to know if there is a better program that actually installs the stuff on the computer or I've heard of patch you can use so you don't need the programs...you just physically change the Windows XP skins I guess.

I use both windowblinds and the patch... depending on the skin i use... You dont have to have it runnin in the taskbar but then again i dont use the free version.
