Unhappy Forgoten password win 2000

Is there anyway to safely access win 2000 after the only user has forgotten her password?

Any help! Please!

Send a message via ICQ to RJ
You can log in to the administrator account, and change the password of any other account.
If you don't know that password as well, you have to re-install Windows.

Thanks, but that is the only account. Thats the problem, no admin password.
