I need help sending a video through email.
I keep trying to send someone videos through email but she says that every time she try’s to download it, it tells her that she is not authorized to download it. So how do I fix this problem?

Hi foxstar128,
Welcome to PC Mechanic !! ![]() How are you sending it? As a straight attachment, yes? Does she have admin rights? (don't think that should matter though) What format are the vids? Using OE? |

It is a straight attachment. It is a video I created in Photo Story 3. It says it is a Windows Media Audio/Video file and I don’t know anything about admin rights. I am sending the email through my SBC Yahoo DSL account. I don’t think it is using OE.

That may be coming from her ISP. I would have her check with them to see if they have changed their rules on file size recently.
