XP Pro entry point error

Alright, so I just bought XP Pro for my home computer and installed it after thoughly wiping my HDD. It installed just fine and after I was finished installing all of the udated drivers I restarted my computer to let it process everything; however, when the computer restarted, I recieved the following message twice (once each for the services.exe and lsass.exe processes):

"The procedure entry point _resetstkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll."

I ran XP Home before this. My system specs are as followed if you need them:

ASUS A7V8X-X Mobo
Atholon AMD XP 2600
512 MB DDR PC2700 ram
Western DIgital 80 GB HDD
Western Digital 15 GB HDD
NVidia GForce FX 5200 Video Card
Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum Sound Card
Samsung DVD-ROM
Samsung CD-RW

I've tried reinstalling the OS, but I'm open to try anything multiple times at this point.

Reformat

Yeah, you really need to reformat before you reload any new OS then it should work fine just as the post before me said.
