Lightbulb My Friend's XP

My friend has XP Pro Cracked and he tried to install SP2 and now his xp wont even boot up well it boot up to blue screen with error message.
Well I told him about patch in SP 2 wich does this to a Black Listed installation,
My friend dosen't belive in that and now I'm in doubt to !!!
What say you ???
