XP Pro sp2 Having trouble runing certain game

007 night fire it is loaded but can't pay it.. I get this message.

The program you are trying to run requires a current Indeo codec.
To obtain a current driver that is compatible with this version of Windows, please contact the manufacturer at http://indeo.ligos.com.

why would I need to download such a program? Expecially when they want cash for it.. My other games are not having any trouble, but this one... It runs on Win 2000 pro no problem.. Yesterday when I first tried it I received a warning "not able to start 3d".

video card is a ATI 9600XT
