splat XP turns on by itself?????Help!!

Hi all,
Was wondering if anyone can help me out here? I am running Windows XP office version.....and after a few hours of being turned off, it will just turn itself on all by itself. This happens at different times....I've checked the scheduled tasks..just in case, and thats fine! Is it a BIOS or a CMOS problem......How do I fix it????????
thanks
Sky

You need to check your BIOS for wake up events... Probebly one of those like wake on LAN or Ring that is causing it. If it coincides with your phone ringing then it wake on ring is enabled...
