Windows Virtual Memory Minimum Too Low

Hey!
I have a Windows Xp Pro and when I restart my comp a strange message appears at the toolbar: "Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requests for some applications may be denied. For more information, see Help." I also have problems when I click on the folder on my desktop, it takes a long time to open. But when I click on the program icons or its subfolders they open normally, fast. So it's stange. Maybe It has to do something with that virtual memory message? How to resolve this problem plz help thanks.

Do you allow it to increase your pagefile? If not, you should. For some additional info on your page file, scroll down to the bottom of this page: http://www.pcmech.com/show/optimize/677/7/

What are your system specs?
