whats wrong with my computer?
recently my video card burned out so i bought a new one. i bought a new card and installed it but i think the problem has gone beyond just the video card. the computer no longer starts up, when i turn it on theres about a 3 second delay before the computers POST starts to beep. i moved my rams around and the same thing happens. nothing even shows up on the computer screen. i have no idea what the problem may be. do you guys have any ideas or opinions/solutions? thank you for your time.

nice info, but not a new build. my computer was fine until a two days ago. it doesn't even start up now...

Doesn't matter. That is a good general hardware troubleshooting thread and I recommend you read it and try it. Start yanking the board out of the case.
