Backing Up File Details In Windows Media Player 10
Does anyone know how to back up the file details? I just spent a lot of time inputing the artist names of my mp3 files because I couldn't get the information to automatically download & I would hate to lose all that stuff if I have to re-install Windows or if I buy a new computer. If I back up the play lists does that do it? Or is the information stored elsewhere? I checked the My Music folder where the files are actually stored & it isn't in there. Thanks in advance.

Take a look here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...ter/howto.aspx. Should have everything you need to know about WMP 10.
