ever heard of mmkzkj?

I have a very serious and annoying problem. My laptop, it seems to me, is full of spyware and too many virus' and trojans, and i dont know how to get rid of them. I tried the housecall but it didnt load properly, and spybot isnt doing much.

thats one problem, my other problem is when XP starts up, a command prompt window pops up, mmkzkj.exe, and the computer constantly beeps and on the window it shows random characters like alt codes and etc.

this goes away after 10 minutes, but it is very annoying! can anyone help me!?

edit: I took a gamble in task manager>processes and terminated the process mdm.exe and the window dissapeared. Well now it seems i have a makeshift solution, but i still need help!

you are going to need to remove all the virus/spyware on the system to fix it properly, every tool you will need to do so is available free on the web but some are a little tougher to use if you are not familiar with them, a great tool is bart pe search for it on google the only catch here is you have to have a copy of windows xp, you create a bootable cd that runs and removes viruses from your pc you can also use adaware, hijack this, cwshredder and spybot which if you use all of them properly it should do the job run them in safe mode, if it seems to complicated and you dont mind losing your data reinstalling windows is an easy fix or you can take it to a pc shop that removes this stuff but they will charge a lot as it is very time consuming

good luck
