Windows XP Professional Limited Account

I'm trying to create a "Limited Account' on my pc. Using XP Professional edition. I can create the account ok and can start to use it. However, on a limited account Internet Explorer will not start. If I make the account an Admin account IE will start. Any ideas what this problem is and how to fix it?

DAJO,

First of all, Welcome to PCMech!

Can the limited account run the internet connection wizard and then IE has an issue?

Or the limited account cannot run the Internet Connection Wizard to establish an internet connection in order to use IE?
