New System, WinXP Pro SP2
Built another system and for the O/S I bought the WinXP Pro w/SP2 on it. After formatting the drive and loading the files at the first WinXP Pro window it stops after about three trips of the loading bars. After some time, I re-formatted the hard drive and loaded another WinXP Pro w/SP1 on it and it loaded and works great. However, I can not activate that copy, because it belongs to one of my other PC's. What can I do to get the copy to load which contains the SP2. Thanks

Try to do upgrade on one already installed with that one with service pack 2!!!
It should work and you will have to activate only that version!!!
