Backing up Outlook files & contacts

Okay, about ready to reformat, then realized I have lots of saved emails in different files I really need to backup. I'm using stomp backupmypc, how do I find those files to backup? TIA.

Outlook (NOT OExpress) Stores .pst files here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Send a message via MSN to netnamakan
I dont know exactly for outlook, but for outlook express, all you have to do is click tools>options>maintenence tab> store folder. And it displays the file path to were everything is saved. Hope that helped, if not google most likely can

Win Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->VIEW ->there are three Hide/Show options that have to be enable/disabled to see pst files.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my post. I'm still looking, but can't seem to find them. I backed up my system on stomp-backupmypc so I have to go into that backup and find them. Anybody know how do it? TIA.
