Changing user info in XP Home

My friend has bought a second hand PC with XP Home installed and wanted me to change the details of the registered user from the original owner to himself. Can this be done and if so how?

Thanx in advance

Run REGEDIT.EXE
Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\CurrentVersion.
change the values of the RegisteredOwner to your name
