outlook express problems

I am new to computers so please excuse the questions.
I have windows xp pro,norton anti virus,spy sweeper,adware6, sygate.
My question is that I cant open a hyper link up in my message ina e-mail, in outlook express.
I can right click it, put it in favorites and open it up there.
Could someone help me with this problem?

I tried all these, the ms java one said (load library msjava.dll failed-the specified module could not be found)
Can you think of

Hyperlinks Do Not Work in Outlook Express or in Word

SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Outlook Express and in Microsoft Word, hyperlinks appear in underlined blue text, but when you click a hyperlink, nothing may occur.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:1. Click Start, click Run, type the following command in the Run dialog box, and then click OK:
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
2. Repeat step 1 for each of the following commands:

regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

Do a search for the msjava.dll file to see if it is on your computer. If it is, then register it again using the full path. If not, then we'll have to find it somewhere.

Edit: Here's another article. Also, try opening Internet Explorer and going to Tools...Internet Options...Programs and clicking on Reset Web Settings.
