Angry Fire Ie6

can anyone tell me how to uninstall IE6 with SP2 without reformatting the whole system Im running XP home addition Thank you

You can't "uninstall" Internet Explorer. It's a vital part of Windows, so you are stuck with it. If you need to do a repair install because you are having problems, go here.

You don't have to reformat to do a repair. You can do a repair/install and not affect any installed programs or personal files.

I see nothing on the site you send for repair of IE6 with SP2 it has a repair for SP1 anyways tried run sfc/scannow and nothing happens just a qick flash and back to desk top

Have you scanned for Adware/Spyware and virus's? Considering your other thread and problems with the Restore feature, sounds like an infection. Try a scan at Trendmicro.com and see what it can find and eliminate.

Ran a full computer virus scan and security scan and spyware at Trend Micro and it came up clean on all accounts nothing except a few cookie trackers and they cleaned them just cant figure this one out Thanks for all the help
