ran out of ideas
ok i have a problem that i have never seen before looking for some help. my computer seems to be alt tabing out of my programs. never seen or head of something liek this before. tried restarting, tried shuting it down and giving time for the memory to clear and rebooting. thought maybe it was a stuck alt or tab key but not that. checked for spyware nothing there either. I'm more or less out of option hoping i could get some ideas from you guys.

adware filter is the one i use. has worked for me so far. this didnt start til today. havent visisted any unusual site or DLed anything. so wasnt thinking it was spyware or virus. i use norton for firewall and virus.
