Computer Starts...then nothing
Hi. I am having a problem with my computer. It will start up, go to the windows xp screen....then nothing. The screen goes blank like its going into hibernate mode. The computer is still running it just has a black screen. I have shut it down several times, and it still is not working. Does anyone know what could be wrong with this?

Have you tried starting in Safe Mode? Before you get the Windows splash screen, hold down F8 and choose safe mode when it appears. You can also try the "last known good" option.
